If the sample should be developped based on your design etc, we will check the material cost etc and inform you, if those materials we have already had in factory, the sample normally can be free . If the material is special and charged much, in this case, we will dicuss with you to see how to settle the sample fees be better.

a)For sample : * detailed checking the paper pattern ; * searching the fabric & trims to fit the design ; * testing stitching methods ;* examining the final sample with the team to see if anything else need improved before sending to customers.

b)For bulk produciton orders : based on the operation in sample stage, all details and questions normally been settled by customers and us . we will follow the production plan to make sure the bulk production effected in time ! During the production, if any incidence, we will inform our customers in advance to make sure they have time to confirm or to settle the problem in advance .
